| Community-University Partnerships (CUP) Community-University Partnerships (CUP) is a program designed to leverage university resources to advance the over-all quality of life and health in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. CUP addresses the third goal of the CSUSB Strategic Plan, which focuses on adopting a long-term strategy for university engagement in community partnerships. CUP supports the formation of new community-university partnerships. CUP also directs a Service Learning Fellowship Program, maintains a directory of current partnerships and service learning opportunities, and provides assistance for community-based research projects. If you are a community agency or university instructor that would like to participate in a service learning venture.
